We have been in contact with government registries in all provinces that we serve, and there are currently no plans to slow down or change incorporation procedures. Therefore, Founded continues to be fully operational. You can still quickly incorporate a company and manage its ongoing legal needs at any time.

If governments start to experience unusual delays or halt incorporation services, we’ll provide further updates immediately. But in the meantime, we’re happy to say there have been no changes to services due to COVID-19.
